My mother, sister and I stayed one night at Comfort Inn. Once we arrived we were greeted by the staff named Mr Shuraz (hope I got his name correct). He was extremely helpful and friendly and immediately I felt so welcomed. Comfort Inn, though small but had the facilities of a 5* hotel with all facilities provided at no extra charge such as free wifi in all rooms, a very important item as we need to communicate with our family members back home (most 5* hotels we need to pay for the wifi),ample toiletries, a very wide variety of delicious breakfast items like waffles, burgers, eggs,toast, prepared by a pretty young lady, 24 hours coffee & tea facilities in the pantry (which most 5* hotels lack in USA.) Most surprising there is a 24 hours food delivery service right to our room, providing Chinese, Indian, and western cuisines like pasta,grill, etc. Amazingly helpful as we do not need to go hunt for meals. We had our meals in the comfort of the pantry. All the guests were so very friendly even though we came from different countries, must be due to the ambience and warmth that Comfort Inn has provided. The free airport shuttle service is indeed excellent and Comfort Inn is so very near to JFK airport, around 5 minutes. I am so very glad that I chose to stay in Comfort Inn on my last day in New York and I strongly recommend it to all travellers. It is indeed value for money.
